At this meeting we will be:

• Lay out the process of the meeting

• Review Standards of Excellence and requirements for all affiliates

• Discuss member’s expectations for NMAI Omaha and identify areas for growth

• Outline NAMI Nebraska's role

• Conduct SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats/Barriers

  • This is when we will ask for people to think about what their hopes or visions are for NAMI Omaha in the future.
