NAMI Omaha’s Family to Family Education Program- This is a program with a series of up to 9 classes beginning on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, and occurring each Wednesday until the conclusion on Wednesday. March 8, 2023

A series of 9 classes (1 session weekly) structured to help caregivers understand and support individuals with mental illness while maintaining their own well-being. Includes information about mental illnesses, medications, coping, resources, problem-solving, empathy, and family communication. These courses are sponsored by NAMI Omaha with assistance from materials from Region 6 Behavioral Health Services
